The English Republic was founded in 2011 in Rajshahi, Bangladesh. At the time of establishment, it was named as Jay English Academy. The academy was founded by Shahnawaz Hossain Jay (SH Jay). Since the beginning, it has been keeping marks of excellence in English teaching. It is one of the largest English training centres in Bangladesh, and more than 40,000 students have studied here in person till date.

The English Republic offers IELTS preparation course, English Development and Speaking course, HSC English courses and University Admission Test Preparation courses.
